ecoDa :: webinar :: Corporate Governance: A booster for innovation?

European Voice of Board Members (ecoDa) is an independent actor and a unique umbrella organization representing the main national institutes of directors in Europe. On 10-Oct-2022 it was hosting webinar on corporate governance and innovation, based on white paper "INNOVATION: IS THE EU CORPORATE GOVERNANCE FRAMEWORK FIT FOR PURPOSE?" Promoting a more standardised and global approach of governance practices is it the right way to support innovation in European companies? How companies can have a different development path if regulators and investors are overly focusing on enforcing hard regulations and standard practices?

Gatis Kokins was invited as a speaker. Webinar , hosted by Micheael Hilb, had ca. 80 participants all around the Europe.
